This included emergency funding totalling £29,000 to three organisations facing emergency situations due to the loss of council funding. These organisations were Citizens Business, Emic Close Senior Citizens Club, and Bike Works. Additionally, a community benefit rent reduction was awarded to Pollyanna Training Theatre, a drama organisation based in Wapping. This scheme acknowledges the value of work carried out by VCS organisations by providing a reduction in rent.
