Modifications to Micro Energy Storage Facilities

Planning Appeals
The committee was scheduled to receive an update on recent appeal decisions. According to the
- Appeal Dismissed: Adj. 37 Northorpe Road, Donington (H04-0284-24) - relating to an application by Ms A Keen.
- Appeal Allowed: Adjacent to Victoria Cottage, Stockwell Gate North, Whaplode (H23-0616-24) - relating to an application by Mr & Mrs I Sloan.
The report notes that since 1 April 2017, 245 planning appeal decisions have been received, with 183 dismissed, resulting in a success rate of 74.69%.
