The application also included a request to modify condition 3 of planning permission H12-0598-22, and for the siting of a log cabin in association with the business at 2 School Lane, Lutton, Spalding. Councillor Jack Tyrrell and Councillor Andrew Charles Tennant are the ward councillors for Long Sutton, where the site is located. Sir John Hayes MP had objected to the application, raising concerns about noise, parking and the applicant's previous statements about the maximum size of the business.

Land on the Northwest Side of Roman Bank, Spalding

The committee was scheduled to discuss a Section 73 modification application relating to land on the Northwest Side of Roman Bank, Spalding.
