The Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Economic Prosperity Board resolved that the minutes from the meeting held on 29 January 2026 were correctly recorded and approved the Initiation Form for Clean Energy, Decarbonisation and Safer Communities. The Board also approved up to £4,495,551 for Application GG003_0001 for Direct Delivery GG0003. Delegated authority was given to the Head of Economy to negotiate contract conditions and enter into a funding agreement.

The Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Economic Prosperity Board noted the successful delivery and completion of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Shared Prosperity Fund Programme. The Board recognised the economic, social, and environmental benefits delivered through £268.988m of total investment. The Board endorsed programme closure arrangements, including financial reconciliation and project closure activities.

The Individual Decision Day approved the RISE Outline Business Case. Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director for Safe and Caring Communities to approve the final sourcing option and proceed with procurement, and to award the contract(s) following the tender process. The decision was made on 15 July 2026.
