The Cabinet of Derbyshire Council decided on 15 October 2026 to approve the voluntary strike-off and dissolution of MEGZ Limited. The decision authorises the Executive Director for Place and the Head of Markham Vale to complete necessary preparatory actions, and requests the directors of MEGZ Limited to submit the application for voluntary strike-off.
