Wiltshire Council's extraordinary meeting on 7 January 2026 saw a significant debate on the proposed disposal of St Stephen's Multi-Storey Car Park in Trowbridge, which was ultimately defeated by a tied vote. Councillors were also expected to review the minutes of the Local Highways and Footpath Improvement Group (LHFIG). A briefing note on the Wiltshire Council Parking Plan 2026-2030 was also included.
