Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Transport Management approved the introduction of a 20mph speed limit within Brightwell Baldwin & Brightwell Upperton on 23 April 2026. This decision replaces the existing 30mph speed limit and extends the 20mph limit further on an unnamed road. The decision was made as part of the Vision Zero project.

It also approved the removal of disabled parking places on Devon Way, Withycombe Drive in Banbury, The Paddocks in Deddington, and Gloucester Place in Witney. The formalisation of a disabled persons parking place on Acre End Street in Eynsham was also approved. The proposal for a disabled persons parking place on Portway, Banbury was deferred for further investigation. The removal of a disabled persons parking place on Edmunds Road, Banbury was not approved.
