Contract award for the Mental Health Recovery and Community Inclusion Service

The Mental Health Recovery and Community Inclusion Service, currently delivered by CPSL Mind, provides community mental support in Peterborough. The current contract will expire on 31/08/26. In December 2025 Commissioning Board approved the procurement of the service. The invitation to tender is due to launch in March 2026. This decision at June cabinet will be to make the contract award to the preferred bidder. The service will have an annual value of £130,600, with a 3+1+1 year contract length. This gives a total value of £653,000 should both extensions be used.
