The Cabinet decided to approve the Council's Digital, Data and Technology Strategy 2025-2028 on 09/12/2025. The strategy outlines how the council will use technology to improve services and achieve efficiencies. It includes plans to transition transactional resident contact to digital channels, use AI for efficiency, manage data effectively, ensure digital inclusivity, and maintain robust cybersecurity.

The Cabinet decided to approve the Housing Revenue Account budget and rent setting for 2026/27 and the 30-year business plan on 09/12/2025. This included agreeing proposed increases to rents and some service charges, agreeing proposed reductions in other service charges, agreeing budget allocations and capital programmes, and noting the 30-year business plan.

The Cabinet approved the Customer Experience and Access Strategy 2025-2028 and its action plan on 09 December 2025. The decision included plans for website redesign, user experience reviews, digital literacy programmes, and multilingual support.
