The Pension Shareholder Governance Committee approved the payment of a £10m dividend from Local Pensions Partnership Ltd to its shareholders, subject to tax advice. The committee also approved the 2026/27 remuneration package for the LPPA Chief Executive. The appointment of a Deputy Chair was deferred to the next meeting.

The Pension Shareholder Governance Committee of Lancashire Council approved recommendations on 12 October 2026. The committee considered and commented on a shareholder update report concerning LPPA and LPPI. The report noted positive progress against the LPPA business plan and updates on investment performance and responsible investment approaches within LPPI.
