The Strategic Planning Committee deferred the decision on the use of land for the receipt and recycling of inert wastes and the manufacture of recycled aggregates at Claridges Barn, Gayton Road, Kislingbury. The decision was made on 12 May 2026.

The Planning Policy Committee of West Northamptonshire Council noted neighbourhood planning activity and neighbouring local plan activity on 22/04/2026. The committee agreed that West Northamptonshire Council will not accommodate any unmet Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling people pitches from South Warwickshire Council at this time.
