...they approved the recommendations to note the fund's performance during the quarter ended 30 June 2025, to note the fund's actual asset allocation, funding level and cashflow position as at 30 June 2025, to note the update on the LCIV, and to delegate authority to the Section 151 Officer for signing an Investment Management Agreement (IMA) with the London CIV (LCIV) and to carry out an open procurement exercise for an independent advisor for the Fund.

The Strategy and Resources Committee approved recommendations for the Integrated Sexual Health Service Commissioning on 29 September 2025. The committee authorised a six-month extension to the existing contract and the joint procurement of a new contract with other London boroughs, with an option for Sutton to procure independently if joint agreement is not reached. Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director of Public Health and Wellbeing to enter into a contract following successful procurement.

The Strategy and Resources Committee approved the procurement of a new Facilities Management Hard Services contract and delegated authority to the Strategic Director for Resources to appoint a provider. This decision was made on 29 September 2025. The procurement will require the contractor to utilise EV vehicles and consider sustainable material sourcing.
