This decision approves a variation to the contract with Version 1, increasing it by approximately £1.7m to accelerate the delivery of infrastructure and platform consolidation. Authority is delegated to the Executive Director of Resources, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to finalise the contract variation with Version 1.
