The Executive decided to approve the extension of the Disabled Facilities Grant Works Framework for 12 months until 31 March 2028. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health, to implement this extension.

The Executive of Lincolnshire Council decided on 06/10/2026 to approve the extension of the Disabled Facilities Grant Works Framework for 12 months to 31 March 2028. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health, to implement this extension.

The Executive approved Option Three of the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Response Review on 06 October 2026. This decision includes the introduction of a 24-hour duty system at Grantham and amendments to the seven-day crewing model at seven other wholetime fire stations. Authority was delegated to the Chief Fire Officer to implement these changes.

The Executive of Lincolnshire Council decided on 06/10/2026 to approve the retrospective submission of a bid for £24.73m towards the Langrick Bridge Scheme. Consideration of a £1.5m commitment from the Highways Maintenance Capital Budget was deferred to a future Executive meeting on 2 November 2026.
