Harrow Council's Cabinet decided on 11 June 2026 to recommend to Council the approval of the publication of the pre-submission version of the West London Waste Plan for comment. The decision included recommending that the Regulation 19 Proposed Submission version of the West London Waste Plan be used for development management purposes.
