The committee granted planning permission for a new four-storey building containing seven self-contained flats at 60 Lowther Hill, SE23, and also granted part retrospective planning permission for the alteration and conversion of 126 New Cross Road, SE14, to create a 14-room House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

The meeting was scheduled to discuss the redevelopment of two sites. Councillors were asked to declare any interests they had in the applications, and were scheduled to be asked to confirm the minutes of the previous Strategic Planning Committee meeting, which was held on the 31st of July 2024.
