...to delegate authority to the Executive Director of Children’s Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children’s Safeguarding, to conduct a competitive procurement process for a four-year multi-supplier Framework Agreement commencing 1st April 2027 for the provision of Short Breaks Activities to disabled children and young people across Gloucestershire, award the Framework Agreement to preferred tenderers, and procure and award Call-Off Contracts under the Framework Agreement, subject to financial restrictions and a separate key decision for contracts exceeding £500,000.

...to meet capital receipt targets, the Cabinet approved the proposed Schedule of Disposals, declaring specified sites surplus to requirements and delegating authority for their disposal.
