The Cabinet Member Planning & Development agreed to add 3-7 (odd) Blunts Road, The Park Tavern Public House, Tram Shelters on Well Hall Road, and 224 Eltham High Street to the Royal Greenwich Local Heritage List on 01/06/2026. No comments were received from owners, occupiers, or the public during the consultation period.

The Cabinet decided to note and agree the Playing Pitch Strategy (PPS) 2026-2036 and approve its use in guiding current and future priorities and funding opportunities. The decision was made on 24 June 2026. The strategy includes a list of priority projects for consideration for developer contributions.

The Cabinet decided on 24 June 2026 to recommend to Full Council that the proposed submission documents for public consultation for the Draft Local Plan be approved. This includes the Publication Draft Local Plan, Integrated Impact Assessment, Draft Policies Map, Consultation Statement, and Statement of Representations Procedure. The Cabinet also noted that the final decision would be made at Full Council on 22 July 2026.

The General Purposes Committee decided on 27 May 2026 to note the ongoing review of Chief Officer pay and agreed to the salary ranges for specific Chief Officer posts. These posts include the Chief Executive, Senior Assistant Director - Health and Adult Services, Assistant Director (Planning and Building Control) Chief Planning Officer, and Assistant Director of Public Health / Consultant in Public Health.

The Cabinet decided to approve issuing licence agreements for the Cross Pavement Electric Vehicle Charging Trial on 24/06/2026. Residents will pay a licence fee of £1,338.39 in the first year. The decision includes outlining future costs subject to inflation should the scheme become permanent.
