Surrey Cabinet on 17/03/2026 approved the reallocation of £2m capital funding in 2026/27 for investment in two homes and to enable the extension of current arrangements for seven homes. Cabinet noted the Council's forecast revenue and capital budgets for the year. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Adults, Wellbeing and Health Partnerships to undertake negotiations and authorise necessary agreements for the condition works.

The Cabinet of Surrey Council on Tuesday 17 March 2026 approved recommendations from Exempt Minute E-03-26. The decisions can be called in by the Resources and Performance Select Committee.

Surrey Cabinet approved entry into 15 new leases with Voluntary and Charitable Sector Service Providers on 17/03/2026. The Cabinet also approved delegation of authority to various officers to negotiate and finalise funding agreements, leases, and associated documentation, and authorised Legal Services to seal these documents.

Surrey Cabinet endorsed membership of Home + Future Limited and approved £625k in grant funding. Legal Services was authorised to seal necessary agreements.
