...to approve amendments to the Contract Standing Orders to align with the Procurement Act 2023, which comes into effect on 28 October 2024.

...to approve the updated Medium Term Financial Plan for 2025/28 and the detailed budget proposals for 2025/26, including recommendations related to Council Tax, the capital program, treasury management, and reserves.

...to recommend to Council the revised Terms of Reference and Procedure Rules for the Council and Employee Joint Committee, the removal of references to the Joint Health and Safety Committee, and the revised Financial Regulations, along with consequential changes to Article 7 Committees of the Constitution.

...to award a contract for Property insurance to Insurer 1 for a maximum period of five years from 1 April 2025 and to delegate the award of a contract for High Value Commercial Property Insurance for a maximum period of five years from 1 April 2025 to the Strategic Director of Resources, also noting the Council's departure from the Insurance London Consortium on 31 March 2025.
