Planning Committee - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 7.00 pm
The Enfield Council Planning Committee met on 16 September 2025, and approved plans for a housing development on Lincoln Crescent and a surfing complex at the Lee Valley Golf Course. The committee also approved the construction of a padel tennis facility at Southgate Hockey Centre.

The Cabinet of Enfield Council met on Wednesday 10 September 2025 to discuss a range of important issues, approving recommendations on the 2025/26 Quarter 1 Revenue and Capital Monitoring Report, the 2025/26 Quarter 1 Treasury Management Monitoring Report, and the sale of Biodiversity Net Gain units at Forty Hall Parkland. Council Housing Service Plan 2026/2027

The policy has been updated to align with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman's Complaints Handling Code and feedback from the Housing Ombudsman.
