...to note the actions taken in response to the climate emergency since October 2024, the progress outlined in the council's annual Greenhouse Gas Report and Monitoring Report, and the direction of travel for 2026.

...to ensure due governance processes are followed as part of the Budget and Policy Framework, the Cabinet recommended that Full Council delegate to the Director of Planning, Economy and Regeneration the responsibility to procure a Destination Management Plan through VisitWiltshire, reversing previous decisions to cease funding for VisitWiltshire and aligning with VisitEngland's requirements for Local Visitor Economic Partnerships.
