The Shareholder Committee (Cabinet Committee) of Oxfordshire Council approved the appointment of a Managing Director for Enterprise Oxfordshire on 14/07/2026. The committee agreed to appoint the candidate recommended by the Enterprise Oxfordshire Board.

The Shareholder Committee (Cabinet Committee) of Oxfordshire Council approved recommendations on 14/07/2026. The committee agreed to establish an Enterprise Zone Advisory Board and a county-wide Skills Board as sub-committees of the Enterprise Oxfordshire Board, and to extend company membership to local public sector partners. Officers were instructed to develop detailed governance proposals for these new structures.

The Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Environment and Economy approved the publication of the 2026 updated Carbon Management Plan and the 2024/25 greenhouse gas report on 10 July 2026. The decision included noting and approving both documents for publication.

The Cabinet decided to approve recommendations regarding the Business Management & Monitoring Report and Provisional Revenue Outturn for 2025/26 on 16 June 2026. This included noting the report and annexes, approving contributions to specific reserves, and carrying forward a parking account surplus.

The Cabinet approved the SEND Reform Plan for Oxfordshire on 16 June 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Children's Services and Section 151 Officer for delivery, minor amendments, and utilisation of the Experts at Hand grant.
