...approved, in principle, a Deficit Management Plan (DMP) governance model for a member-led Standing Panel, requesting a name change to better emphasize member oversight, that the panel review its own terms of reference, report back to scrutiny every six months, enhance clarity on partner roles in SEND, and clarify partner contributions to demand and cost reduction.
