The Council decided to approve recommendations regarding committee appointments, re-establish the South West London and Surrey Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee until May 2030, and appoint Councillor Wooldridge to the Cambridge Road (RBK) Limited Liability Partnership Board. The Council also noted portfolio holder appointments.

The Licensing Committee approved recommendations for the establishment and chairing of Licensing Sub-Committees for the 2026/27 Municipal Year on 21 May 2026. The committee resolved to continue the same arrangements for forming and chairing these sub-committees as agreed in previous years. These arrangements involve drawing three members from the full committee pool for each sub-committee and appointing chairs at each meeting.

The Council decided on 21/05/2026 to review the political proportionality of council bodies. The Council considered proposed allocations of seats under Annex 1, noting this could not be agreed without dissent, and alternatively, proposed allocations under Annex 2 if Annex 1 was not agreed.
