The committee noted the Organisational Complaints Report, agreed to continue monitoring waste service complaints, and requested further information on invoicing and payments. They also noted the Ethical Standards Complaints Report for the second quarter of 2025-2026 and resolved to write to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman to request further quantification of statistics in their annual review letter.
