Building Control Delegation Agreement

The Cabinet of Melton Council decided to approve the delegation of the Council's statutory Building Control Service to the Leicestershire Building Control Partnership on 15 April 2026. They also authorised the Director for Place and Prosperity to sign the Letter of Comfort to continue the existing Delegation Agreement.
