Approval to Award Contract, Kings Road Car Park, N17

The Cabinet Member for Housing approved the award of a contract for the delivery of nine new Council homes at Kings Road Car Park. The decision was made on 07/09/2026. The Cabinet Member for Housing agreed to acquire 21 council homes at 76 Mayes Road, Wood Green, N22 6SY on 07/08/2026. This decision approved entering into an Agreement for Sale and 21 separate leases, and approved the use of GLA funding and revised total scheme costs. The homes will be let at Social Rent levels.

Enterprise Resource Planning Programme - Phase 2

Haringey Council's Cabinet decided on 14/07/2026 to approve the Full Business Case for replacing the Council's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Cabinet approved the commencement of two linked procurement activities for an ERP solution and associated services, and delegated authority for a business integration services procurement decision. They also approved a waiver of Contract Standing Order 6.03 to allow a 5% Social Value weighting and approved the transformation budget, to be funded through the Flexible Use of Capital Receipts programme.
