The Cabinet of Haringey Council approved the appointment of Contractor A for demolition and construction works at High Road West Phase 1A, and the appropriation of Council land for planning and housing purposes. They also approved the implementation of the Love Lane Estate Management Plan and associated budget. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Director of Capital Projects and Property to implement appropriations and manage third-party rights, and to the Cabinet Member for Housing to approve contract extensions and awards for site security, decommissioning, and demolition works.

Enterprise Resource Planning Programme - Phase 2

Haringey Council's Cabinet decided on 14/07/2026 to approve the Full Business Case for replacing the Council's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Cabinet approved the commencement of two linked procurement activities for an ERP solution and associated services, and delegated authority for a business integration services procurement decision. They also approved a waiver of Contract Standing Order 6.03 to allow a 5% Social Value weighting and approved the transformation budget, to be funded through the Flexible Use of Capital Receipts programme.
