The Gloucestershire Cabinet, comprising the Leader and nine other county councillors, holds wide-ranging responsibilities primarily derived from Acts of Parliament and subordinate legislation. Its main role is to develop detailed policies and proposals for service delivery, operating within the policy and budgetary framework set by the full Council.
