About

The Harrow Cabinet is responsible for the overall executive management of the council. It develops proposals for the budget, financial strategy, and capital programme, and monitors their implementation. The Cabinet approves major new policies and plans, and makes all key executive decisions that are significant in terms of expenditure, savings, or impact on local communities. It also awards contracts over £500,000 and determines recommendations from other council bodies. Decisions made by Cabinet members in their roles as Portfolio Holders are also included.
