The Executive is responsible for making the most important decisions affecting Lincolnshire Council. It is comprised of nine councillors, led by the Leader of the Council, with each member overseeing a specific area of responsibility.
The Executive publishes a Forward Plan at least 28 days before taking 'key decisions'. These are typically decisions involving expenditure or savings over £500,000 that significantly impact residents across two or more electoral divisions. The Executive also makes recommendations to the full Council on the budget and policy framework.
