About
The Democracy and Standards Committee is responsible for overseeing governance, elections, and community boundary reviews for North Northamptonshire Council. It also ensures high standards of conduct among councillors. The committee develops and monitors the Council's Code of Conduct, applying it to all elected members, co-opted members, and parish and town councillors within the North Northamptonshire area. Its work ensures the integrity and proper functioning of local democratic processes and ethical behaviour.
