The Grants Determination (Cabinet) Sub-Committee is responsible for deciding on all applications for grant funding and corporate match funding received by Tower Hamlets Council. It sets the criteria for considering these applications and can delegate decision-making to officers, provided this is clearly recorded. The sub-committee also receives reports on the exercise of delegated decisions and monitors grant performance quarterly to ensure funding purposes are met or to identify reasons for failure.
