Establishment of Task and Finish Panel - Local Transport Plan

This plan is a statutory document required under the Transport Act 2000, which will outline the council's transport vision, policies, priorities, and investment framework for future years. The panel would comprise members from the Place and Environment Scrutiny Committee and the wider scrutiny membership to ensure cross-party engagement and challenge throughout the LTP's development. The panel will operate as a time-limited scrutiny body, reporting its findings and recommendations to the Place and Environment Scrutiny Committee, the Executive, and other relevant bodies. Scrutiny Work Programme 2026/27
