The Eltham Crematorium Joint Committee of Greenwich Council decided to note the progress of the 3-year works programme and the tendered works and fee of £1,485,875, which showed a projected shortfall of £104,385. The committee confirmed to defer work to 2027/8 and agreed to re-profile the 3-year budget to facilitate works in 2025/6 and 2026/7, moving the North Chapel refurbishment back to enable wider Cemetery repair to the Burial Chapel to complete first.
