The Cabinet of Barking and Dagenham Council met on Tuesday 15 April 2025 to discuss and approve several key business plans, loan term changes, and procurement strategies. Decisions made included the approval of the business plans for B&D Energy Limited and B&D Reside Group, changes to loan terms for Be First (Regeneration) Ltd and Barking & Dagenham Trading Partnership Ltd, and the allocation of strategic CIL funding to the LifeLine Church infrastructure project. The Cabinet also approved the transfer of management of seven community buildings to community partners and the adoption of the Thames Road Supplementary Planning Document.
