Greenwich Council agreed to appoint Rickardo Hyatt as Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service on 07 September 2026. The Director of Human Resources, in consultation with the Monitoring Officer, was authorised to finalise contractual and legal processes for the appointment.

The Council resolved to bring forward a new Waste Strategy, report back annually on progress, develop a dedicated waste management plan for town centres and shopping parades, and review the commitment to a garden waste charge.
