The Executive approved the publication of the Proposed Submission Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan for Regulation 19 consultation. The Executive delegated authority to the Head of Planning, in consultation with the Executive Councillor (Environment), to make non-material modifications and determine any modifications arising from consultation or examination. The Executive also endorsed the plan for submission to Full Council and recommended its approval for submission to the Secretary of State.
