The licence permits the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 08:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday, with the premises open to the public from 06:00 to 00:00. The decision was made after considering representations from local residents' associations and the applicant, Tesco Stores Limited.
Planning Committee - Wednesday, 15 July 2026 - 7.00 pm
The Planning Committee of Richmond upon Thames Council resolved to delegate authority to the Head of Development Management to approve plans for the conversion and extension of the Hampton Water Treatment Works site, including Grade II listed buildings, into residential units and flexible business space. The committee also resolved to delegate authority to approve listed building consent for the works.
