The Portfolio Holder for Transport and Planning approved the making of an order for waiting restrictions, parking places, and residents' parking in Stratford-upon-Avon. The decision was made on 24/07/2026. The Portfolio Holder also requested that the impact of the order be monitored and further investigations be carried out within six months into measures to mitigate residents' parking zones becoming over-subscribed.

The Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee decided to uphold the call-in and referred the recommendation to Cabinet to reconsider the decision on 19/05/2026. The committee recommended assessing alternative measures including working with the Parish council, changing the junction to a Stop Junction, reviewing the speed limit to 30mph, installing larger village signs and white gates, adding signage to encourage drivers to slow down, installing rumble strips and white lines, installing a box junction or raised table, investigating a mini roundabout, and investigating average speed cameras.

Warwickshire Council Cabinet approved an update to the Warwickshire Property & Development Group Site Specific Business Case 4 on 11 May 2026. This update concerned previously approved business cases.

The Cabinet of Warwickshire County Council decided to endorse the final version of the Council Plan for 2026-30 on 11 May 2026. This plan sets the direction and focus for all council-led strategy and activity. The decision was made for onward consideration by the full Council.

The Cabinet of Warwickshire Council decided on 11 May 2026 to approve the Better Care Fund Plan for 2026/27. This plan includes the proposed pooled contribution of £18.669m by the Council and confirms that mandatory funding contributions and national conditions are met. The decision also authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to enter into a partnership agreement with Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board for the delivery of the plan.
