...to consolidate all grounds maintenance activities into a single, countywide outsourced contract, and to delegate authority to the Service Director for Neighbourhood Services to conduct a compliant procurement exercise and award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer.

...to facilitate the creation of large-scale habitat banks and streamline biodiversity net gain efforts, the Cabinet approved the use of Conservation Covenants for securing offsite Biodiversity Net Gain habitat bank sites that geographically span the Buckinghamshire boundary with a neighbouring local authority (Option 3), while noting that Option 2 was already authorized.
