The Cabinet of Buckinghamshire Council met on Wednesday 14 October 2026, endorsing the Safer Buckinghamshire Partnership Strategy 2026-2031 and agreeing to submit a proposed Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule and Instalment Policy for the North and Central areas for public examination. The meeting also noted annual reports on Adult Social Care and Children's Services, and agreed to market part of the former Sports & Social Club site in Stoke Mandeville for community use.

The Growth, Infrastructure & Housing Select Committee of Buckinghamshire Council met on Wednesday 23 September 2026 to discuss the proposed North and Central Area Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) report and receive an update on the Local Plan for Buckinghamshire. The committee also reviewed the work and resources of the Planning Team and received an update on the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.

Council - Wednesday, 16 September 2026 - 4.00 pm

The Council meeting on Wednesday 16 September 2026 saw the appointment of a new Returning Officer and Electoral Registration Officer, Zina Etheridge, and the confirmation of Glenn Watson as Interim Monitoring Officer. Members also endorsed mandatory legislative changes to planning application decisions, adopted the Local Transport Plan 5, and approved the Buckinghamshire Youth Justice Plan for 2026-2029.
