The Executive Mayor and Cabinet of Croydon Council approved the Executive Mayor's Business Plan 2026-2030 on 24/06/2026. The plan sets out the Council's strategic direction and priorities for the next four years. Authority was delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Executive Mayor, to make non-material amendments to the plan.

The Executive Mayor and Cabinet of Croydon Council agreed to receive recommendations from various sub-committees and provide a substantive response by 22 July 2026. They agreed to receive recommendations regarding disrepair cases, void allocations, grant information, nomination agreements, professional witnesses, general needs accommodation, budget reporting, transformation programme reporting, EVCP strategy, older people needs assessment, community safety strategy, Prevention of Future Deaths notices, highway maintenance, waste transfer licences, and low traffic neighbourhood refunds.

The Croydon Cabinet approved the Temporary Accommodation Charging Policy on 24/06/2026. The decision formalises the approach to setting rents and service charges for temporary accommodation. This includes approving proposals to charge appropriate rent and service charges for council-leased blocks at Concord, Sycamore, and Windsor (CSW).

The Cabinet decided to approve the Commissioning Intentions & Market Position Statement and its corresponding action plan for publication on 24 June 2026. The decision maker was the Cabinet. The approved statement will guide commissioning, procurement, and partnership working across council directorates.

The Executive Mayor and Cabinet of Croydon Council agreed to note the Regina Road Redevelopment Project Update on 24 June 2026. This decision acknowledged the progress made on the project, including the demolition of the first tower block, securing planning consent, and entering into a contract with the main contractor. The project involves demolishing existing buildings and constructing 225 affordable Council homes.
