Licensing Act 2003 - Adoption of Revised Statement of Licensing Policy

The Licensing Committee of Greenwich Council agreed to commend the revised Royal Borough of Greenwich Statement of Licensing Policy to Full Council on 21 October 2025. The revised policy, which will come into effect on 7 January 2026, includes strengthened safeguarding measures, enhanced policy clarity, expanded cumulative impact evidence, and improved guidance for applicants.
