The North Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee decided to endorse the implementation of advertised No Waiting At Any Time restrictions for Old Bideford Road, Sticklepath. This decision was made on 16 October 2026. The 6-metre and 15-metre sections identified after a site visit will not be implemented.

The North Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee endorsed the Sowden Lane East and Bear Street crossing improvements. The committee resolved to progress the puffin crossing and upgraded crossing arrangement to detailed design and construction, and to advertise a traffic regulation order. They also delegated authority to the Interim Director of Climate Change, Environment and Transport for minor scheme amendments.

Devon Council's Development Management Committee resolved that members would visit the Hillhead quarry site. This visit will occur in advance of a report being made to the committee for consideration. The decision was made on 16 September 2026.
