The Full Council, comprising all 30 elected councillors, is Boston Borough Council's primary decision-making body. It meets several times a year, with an annual meeting in May, to set the council's constitution, determine key policies, and approve the annual budget. Meetings are generally open to the public, with agendas published in advance. The Mayor chairs these meetings and serves as the borough's first citizen. Members of the public can ask questions at most Full Council meetings, excluding the Annual Council Meeting.
