Cabinet Member for Resources, Leader decided on 03/08/2026 to agree a commercial loan facility with Buckinghamshire Advantage to facilitate early land assembly for the Woodlands development. Drawdowns on the loan facility are delegated to the s.151 officer, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources.
