About

The Council comprises of all 70 councillors, meeting together to make decisions about policies and to set the Councils' budget. All 70 councillors take part in the business of the Council. The Council normally meets four times a year at 10.30am, (except for the budget meeting which usually starts at 10.00am). The meetings are held in the Council Chamber at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YL; and are chaired by the Chairman of the Council. The meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise stated.
