Executive Councillor: Children's Services, Executive Councillor: Resources approved the scheme for the construction of a new drama block at Spalding Academy Secondary School on 03/06/2026. The Authority endorsed the administration of the GLCCA Development Fund on 17/09/2025. This fund will support development activities such as feasibility studies and master planning for strategic projects in Greater Lincolnshire. Applications will be assessed by a Technical Officer Group with recommendations made to the Mayor and Chief Operating Officer.
