The Full Council is made up of all 84 councillors and meets at least six times a year. It is responsible for appointing the Leader, approving the council's constitution and any changes to it, and setting the overall policies that guide the council's work. The Full Council also sets the council's budget and determines Council Tax levels. Meetings are broadcast live to make decision-making more accessible to the public.
